A Green Campus is a place where environmental friendly practices and education combine to promote sustainable and eco-friendly practices in the campus. Greening the campus is all about sweeping away wasteful inefficiencies and using conventional sources of energy for its daily power needs, correct disposal handling, the purchase of environment friendly supplies and an effective recycling program. The institute must devise time-bound strategies for implementing green campus initiatives.
Our college is situated on the bank of the confluence of two rivers. Here, natural greenery can be seen all around, due to which the natural environment is automatically available for the students to study. It is always the endeavour of the college to create awareness among the students and the local public through tree plantation programs from time to time.
